NHLers getting their first of the season in the KHL


So one week into the lockout and we are still waiting for the NHL players and owners to agree on a new CBA. The NHL just announced that they will cancel all preseason games. Talks resume today and continue over the weekend in hopes to have the regular season start on schedule for Oct. 11th. So we wait and see.

Luckily many players are already back on the  ice in the KHL. NHLers are making an impact over in Russia and some have already scored their firsts in the young KHL season. Check out some highlights:

St.Louis Blues top-prospect Tarasenko puts his first of the season on the first shift of the game,  assisted by New Jersey Devil, Kovalchuk and L.A. King, Dallman.


Maple Leaf Mikhail Grabovski roofs in his first of season
